Mary Lou Fletcher’s contribution to all of our lives is undeniable. Whether she was your favorite teacher, your sons’ or daughters’ inspiration, your friend or co-worker, she has played an irrefutable role in not only making the present a better place, but in laying a foundation for a fantastic future.
We would love to hear from those of you that have known Mrs. Fletcher through the years and welcome you to share your stories and fond memories of this remarkable person. In this spirit, The Mary Lou Fletcher Scholarship was founded in 2003. By its very design, the scholarship will serve as a small way of continuing what Mrs. Fletcher has already started by offering an award, divided by semester, for the recipient’s first year in college.
Many of Mrs. Fletcher’s former students have expressed a desire to make a donation to the scholarship fund. With the introduction of our web site, we’re now able to accept donations online through PayPal. Donating this way is quite simple and very secure.
In order to donate, simply click on the "Make a Donation" button below. All you’ll need to do to donate is sign up for a PayPal account, if you don’t already have one, and then you’re able to make a contribution from your bank account or major credit card.
Those that have donated will be listed on our “Donors Page” on this web site as well as receive regular updates about Mrs. Fletcher and the scholarship through your email.
Each of us that have known Mrs. Fletcher are members of a special group and can say that we have known true generosity of spirit. Our hope is that this scholarship can continue to foster that spirit for generations to come.
